JOB PURPOSE

The Sales Associate/Inside Sales is responsible for is to generating new business revenue for Skyrite, Willborn, and Davidson Oil. (One or All depending)

ESSENTIAL RESULTS

  • Lead the process of selling and closing new business in the assigned territory
  • Understand and achieve predetermined levels of performance as defined in our sales quota
  • Capture the synergies of our different product offerings to differentiate our sales and capture a larger share of the customers total fuel related spend
  • Build relationships with key purchasers and C-level executives
  • Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle and post sales
  • Implement bidding and other market related processes to win business.
  • Advocate customer and market requirements to our internal organizations to shape and influence products and services
  • Track all customer information, forecasts & reports using CRM

 

Demonstrate superior leadership to subordinates and positively influence other teams by:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successful selling to Small and Mid-Market corporations
  • Experience selling to the C-level executives
  • Experience implementing sales strategy
  • Proven track record of consistent above quota performance
  • Ability to develop strong relationships
  • Compelling communications and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team sales environment
  • Self-motivated, Customer focused and results driven
  • The position requires between 10-15% overnight travel

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

  • Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pound of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force to constantly move objects.
  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, reading and visual inspection.
  • The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
