What You'll Do:

  • Full P&L responsibility for the Amarillo operating unit, from top-line revenue to bottom-line net profits.
  • Be the face of our brand with customers.
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures that continuously improve the business.
  • Provide charismatic & inspired leadership for the organization.
  • Lead a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Recruit, train, engage, and promote top talent.
  • Ensure products & services provided are of the highest quality.
  • Oversee budgeting, execution, billing, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Work with senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Work with leadership to determine plans for short and long-term goals that support our mission & vision.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Support employee communication with the management team.
  • Work to constantly evolve industry expertise & technical knowledge.

What We Require:

  • >10 years of work experience in management, operations, and the leadership of multiple teams & projects simultaneously.
  • A history of success in driving consistent business profitability and growth.
  • Passion, enthusiasm, collaboration, communication, and determination.
  • Experience in a production environment a plus, but more than that, we need a sharp business mind with lots of experience in fast paced environments.
  • Willingness to learn all there is to know about the sign industry and our business.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, and the ability to turn what you learn from the numbers into tangible action/s.
  • A clean driving record
  • Experience with back-office software and related technology.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among customers, vendors, managers, and employees.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to pass drug, criminal, and MVR background checks
